    📘 Digital Products (Courses, Programs, Subscriptions)

    We offer a 15-day refund window on digital product purchases.

    ✅ Eligibility:

    • You may request a refund within 15 days of purchase.

    • Access to course content will be revoked upon refund approval.

    • Refunds are only granted for first-time purchases; renewals or repeat enrollments are not eligible.

    ❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

    • Refunds requested after 15 days

    • Repeat purchases of the same product

    • Downloadable PDFs/resources that have already been accessed

    If you're unable to access your course or encounter a technical issue, please contact us at Support@mumwize.com Or Call us at +91-8779473739 within the refund window so we can help resolve it.


    📦 Physical Products

    You may return eligible physical products within 10 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

    ✅ Return Conditions:

    • Product is unused and in its original packaging

    • Returned in the same condition as received

    • Return request is made within 10 days of delivery

    • Proof of purchase is provided

    ❌ Non-Returnable Items:

    • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. personal care items, opened consumables)

    • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

    • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

    🔄 Exchanges:

    We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.


    💸 Refund Processing

    • Refunds (for both digital and physical products) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
