Access to course content will be revoked upon refund approval.
Refunds are only granted for first-time purchases; renewals or repeat enrollments are not eligible.

You may return eligible physical products within 10 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Product is unused and in its original packaging
Returned in the same condition as received
Return request is made within 10 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is provided
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. personal care items, opened consumables)
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Refunds (for both digital and physical products) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
